Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes what Personal Information Royal collects from you, both about you and anyone else whose Personal Information you supply Royal with (Royal refers to this as “collecting” Personal Information) as well as what Royal may or may not do with that Personal Information (Royal refer to this as “processing” Personal Information). Royal requires you to read, understand and agree to this privacy policy before you submit any Personal Information to Royal by accessing the Website. If you access the Website you will, by doing so, signify your agreement with this Privacy Policy and Royal’s collection and processing of Personal Information Royal obtains from you as a result.

In particular, this Privacy Policy makes use of a series of terms and phrases which have specific meanings in this Privacy Policy. These terms and phrases are listed in Royal’s Terms and Conditions, together with general interpretive principles which are used to interpret both this Privacy Policy and Royal’s Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms that are not defined in this

policy are defined in Royal’s Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information Royal collects by other means (including offline) or from other sources.

Personal Information Royal Collects

In broad terms, these are the categories of Personal Information Royal collects about you and, potentially, about third parties.

  • Personal Information you give Royal: You provide Royal with information about yourself, such as your name, e-mail address, mobile phone number and other contact details, if you access the Website. When accessing the Website, you may also provide certain other personal information and content, such as address details, company information (where applicable), locations (yours and/or third parties’ locations), personal preferences and activities, which will be publicly displayed to other Users and on third party Web sites and services associated with the Website.

What Royal Does With Personal Information

Royal uses the personal information you submit in order to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Website. 

 

Royal is not responsible for the personally identifiable, profile, or location information that you choose to disclose submit to Royal using the Website. Personal Information Collected From You May Be Deleted From the Website and User Databases Royal Compiles When Your Account on the Website Is Terminated for Any Reason.

  • Royal shall not disclose Personal Information unless the person from whom the Personal Information is collected, consents thereto;
  • Royal shall disclose the information without your consent only where Royal is compelled to do so by law; and
  • Royal may compile, use and share any of the information that does not relate to a specific individual.

In the event that your Personal Information is inaccurately or incompletely reflected on the Website, you agree that it is your responsibility to notify Royal of this fact and to supply Royal with the accurate or complete information to enable Royal to address your concerns.
